1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业。精通C++和Python编程语言，并具备扎实的数据结构与算法设计基础； 2.对机器学习、深度学习有深刻理解，且在目标检测、图像分割、多传感器融合等领域有丰富的应用研究或实践背景； 3.强大的算法开发能力，熟悉并能灵活运用PyTorch等主流深度学习框架进行模型训练与迭代； 4.有成功将Occupancy感知算法整合到自动驾驶系统并实现落地的经验者优先； 5.具有出色的商业洞察能力和自我驱动精神，对于利用算法技术解决实际问题抱有热情和勇气； 6.对技术有极致追求，能独立解决复杂问题，主导技术攻关，并具备跨团队协作推动项目的能力。
