1、从0到1，负责新开城运营线从0到1的全流程落地，包括但不限于：地勤/网格员/云控团队的组建、车队部署、补能及停车场站的寻源和建设、待停区点位拓展等。 2、团队管理，负责团队人员的“选育用留汰”，执行并落实团队管理制度，确保团队的战斗力和稳定性；负责制定人员培训课程和考核方案，确保团队拿到结果。 3、业务管理，根据需求安排人、车的排班出勤，对效率、成本、安全、负外部性负责；指定业务目标及执行策略，通过数据化管控，确保目标达成。 4、安全管理，负责突发事件应急响应，执行应急预案并持续推动处置流程优化。 5、效能优化，协同组内资源或跨组协同，梳理运营中的流程和卡点问题，及时举手并推动问题解决。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上一线团队管理经验。 2、优秀的沟通协调与团队管理能力，能推动跨部门协作；具备风险预判与应急处理能力，面对突发情况冷静应对。 3、责任心强，以结果为导向，皮实乐观，扛压能力强。 4、熟悉Robotaxi、Robovan 、自动驾驶领域，熟悉开城流程及团队管理，有成功开城案例者优先。
