岗位职责： - 负责量产自动驾驶系统的产品规划、产品设计、组织、协调团队推动产品落地，最终达成产品目标； - 挖掘用户对智能驾驶的需求，研究自动驾驶行业发展和演化，从用户视角探寻、定义和设计智能驾驶功能； - 负责需求调研、需求挖掘、进行场景分析，并制定完整的产品解决方案。负责撰写产品需求文档、构建数据驱动的评测体系和产品迭代方式； - 能与算法开发、测试保持高效沟通，协调整合项目各方资源，确保产品按时保质交付； - 跟踪量产项目客户反馈、功能表现，管理客户预期，可针对性的提出产品解决策略和方案。

任职要求： - 理工类本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网大厂、自动驾驶公司或人工智能产品经理工作经验； - 了解自动驾驶、人工智能等相关技术，技术理解力强； - 优秀的学习能力，自驱力强，强烈的好奇心，敏锐的同理心，逻辑清晰，勇于突破； - 沟通推动力强，整合协同各方资源高效协作； - 有驾照和丰富驾驶经验更佳。 工作地：上海、苏州、广州、深圳、北京
