安全产品整体规划与落地 — 作为 Robovan 安全产品侧负责人，负责无人货运车业务安全产品的规划与落地，覆盖公开道路 / 园区运营场景，搭建云端安全管控、风险告警、远程应急、事件溯源等产品能力。 智驾软件安全 — 聚焦与智驾软件能力相关的安全，主导智驾内安全专项：一方面推动主线自动驾驶功能的功能安全（FuSa）与预期功能安全（SOTIF）需求在产品侧的定义与落地；另一方面推动主动安全 / 冗余安全能力建设，设计额外冗余的安全兜底链路（失效运行、安全降级）。 风险识别与法规转化 — 识别行车、运营、资产、数据及合规风险，跟踪并理解自动驾驶相关法规，将安全制度与法规要求转化为产品方案、应急处置闭环流程与风险指标体系。 跨团队协同与交付 — 协同智驾、车端、云端、运营、安全等团队推进需求评审、开发联调、场测上线，基于运营数据持续迭代安全策略与工具；沉淀风险案例库，输出安全方案材料，支撑商业化交付、客户沟通与监管合规。

本科及以上，5 年产品经理经验；有自动驾驶 / 无人车 / 车联网安全产品经验优先，熟悉L2/L4场景，理解差异性。 了解自动驾驶业务安全与功能安全基础，最好有功能安全（FuSa）/ 预期功能安全（SOTIF）经验；对智驾软件安全有认知，理解主线自动驾驶功能的安全，以及主动安全 / 冗余安全的设计思路；具备 B 端风控 / 后台平台产品设计能力，可独立输出 PRD。 了解安全相关测试与评估，有主动安全量产经验加分； 较强的风险识别与跨团队推进能力；熟悉自动驾驶相关法规者优先。
