负责辅助驾驶数据平台后端核心服务的架构设计、编码实现与持续优化，保障平台稳定、高效、可扩展； 深入理解业务需求，与算法、车端、前端、产品等多团队高效协同，推动功能快速迭代与落地； 主导或参与关键技术方案选型、性能调优、重构及技术难题攻关，持续提升平台可靠性与研发效率； 关注行业前沿技术，推动云原生、智能化工具链等创新方案在数据平台中的落地应用。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 3 年及以上后端开发经验，有辅助驾驶、车联网、大数据平台背景者优先； 精通 Go 或 Python，熟悉 Gin/FastAPI、gRPC、Celery、Kafka、Redis、MySQL/PostgreSQL、ClickHouse、MinIO 等常用组件，具备扎实代码功底与良好编码规范； 熟悉分布式系统原理，掌握微服务架构、消息队列、缓存、分库分表、负载均衡、熔断限流等核心技术，有高并发、高可用系统落地经验； 熟悉 Linux 操作系统原理，熟练掌握 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD、Prometheus/Grafana 等云原生技术栈； 具备良好的数据结构与算法基础，能针对复杂业务场景进行性能调优与资源成本控制； 具备优秀的分析解决问题能力、沟通协作能力与自我驱动力，能在快节奏、跨职能环境中快速推进项目； 加分项：有 LLM、VLM、VLA 等大模型业务落地经验，能将大模型能力融入数据平台者优先。
