1. 文化体系产品化与运营： - 负责企业文化体系的系统化长效运营，落地业务，产生业务价值。 - 策划并组织能深度触动员工、强化文化认同的标志性文化活动与仪式，负责关键文化项目（如价值观落地、关键战略透传、仪式等）的全生命周期管理。

2. 文化诊断与组织协同： - 诊断文化落地中的痛点与机会点，保持对组织动态的敏锐感知，通过与各层级员工（尤其是技术团队）的深度交流，主动发现文化、沟通、协作方面的潜在问题，发展文化沟通协作产品。 - 支持业务部门及管理者，为其团队文化建设提供工具及闭环。

  • 统招本科及以上，自动驾驶、具身智能、大模型、新势力车企、互联网背景等优先；
