1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、心理学、管理学、社会学相关学科，有互联网/人工智能/具身智能/新势力等HRBP/OC/OD相关背景，对组织诊断、组织管理、组织沟通、人才盘点等有丰富的知识沉淀，技术背景优先； 2. 系统逻辑思维：能够架构流程产品，全局视角对变革传导影响进行评估及预警； 3. 共情式沟通：具备超强的业务理解能力及人际敏感度，通过有效沟通持续反馈检验，推动问题解决改进； 4. 超强执行力：变革落地100%到位能力（需有过往案例验证）； 5. 积极进取，文化认同：持续发展文化，让业务成功。
