The posting

岗位职责 负责自动驾驶数据驱动的端到端决策规划算法研发，涵盖行为决策、轨迹规划、多智能体交互博弈、人车混行场景处理等核心模块，支撑高速、城市、泊车全场景自动驾驶产品落地。 主导端到端规划算法架构设计与迭代优化，包括但不限于基于世界模型、多模态 Transformer、大语言模型的端到端规划框架，实现感知 - 预测 - 规划 - 控制的全链路联合优化。 负责端到端规划算法的模型设计、训练调优、泛化能力与鲁棒性提升，搭建配套的数据集建设、自动化评测体系、数据闭环链路，攻克复杂城市场景的长尾问题与 Corner Case。 负责算法的工程化实现、实车调试与量产落地，对接感知、仿真、控制、量产合规等跨部门团队，完成算法从原型开发到大规模前装量产的全流程落地。 跟踪自动驾驶决策规划领域前沿技术进，开展关键技术预研与创新突破，推动公司端到端自动驾驶核心技术的持续升级，保持行业技术领先性。

任职要求 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、自动化、车辆工程、应用数学、机器人学、控制科学与工程等相关专业，博士学历优先。 扎实的算法与数学功底，精通最优控制、数值优化、强化学习、博弈论、机器人运动规划、车辆动力学等核心理论。 精通自动驾驶决策规划全链路技术体系，具备 1 年及以上端到端决策规划算法研发经验，熟悉行为克隆、逆强化学习、世界模型、多模态大模型等数据驱动规划技术。 熟练掌握 C++/Python 编程语言，精通 PyTorch/TensorFlow 等深度学习框架，具备良好的代码规范、工程化思维与算法落地能力。 具备优秀的问题拆解与落地能力，能够独立分析并解决实车路测中的复杂场景问题，有自动驾驶算法实车调试经验。 具备良好的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力，有强烈的技术进取心、自驱力与结果导向意识。
