作为无人物流车商业化落地的策略大脑，负责构建基于数据的规模化运营体系。通过运筹优化、网络规划与定价策略，平衡用户体验与单车经济模型（ROI），推动L4级无人配送从“试点测试”走向“规模化常态运营”。 【核心职责】 1. 网络规划与运力策略 -区域分级与拓展：负责城市物理空间的网格化建模，基于订单密度、交通复杂度、政策开放度等多维数据，建立高、中、低价值区域的划分标准，制定分阶段的车辆投放与退出策略。 -人机协同调度：设计并持续优化“人+无人车”混合运力的调度逻辑，针对不同场景输出最优的人机配比方案，在保障履约时效的前提下，实现运力结构的整体降本。 - 仿真推演：利用仿真平台对新开区域、新车型投放进行ROI预演，输出投放数量、补能网络布局、车辆动线规划的可行性建议，降低试错成本。 2. 定价模型与损益管理 - 全生命周期成本分析：建立无人配送车的TCO（总拥有成本）模型，精确核算硬件摊销、能源消耗、安全运营、远程接管等成本项，设定清晰的成本控制基线。 - 动态定价机制：设计面向B端客户的差异化定价体系。结合天气、时段、供需关系等因素，制定动态加价或折扣策略，提升恶劣天气及夜间的车辆利用率，确保单均成本边际最优。 - 商业变现策略：协同销售及大客户团队，设计基于SLA（服务等级协议）的套餐产品，如“极速达”、“经济慢送”等，将技术能力转化为可量化的商业报价。 3. 数据洞察与产品化 - 指标体系搭建：定义策略运营的北极星指标与过程指标（如：单均成本、车辆利用率、人效比、接管率影响因子等），搭建可视化的数据监控看板，实时洞察运营健康度。 - 策略产品化：作为运营侧的产品经理，向中台研发团队输出清晰的BRD（商业需求文档），推动智能调度系统、车效监控平台、故障预警工单系统等工具的迭代，提升自动化运营水平。 - 异常归因与迭代：深入分析路测及运营数据，剥离出因选路策略、调度策略导致的高接管率或低效问题，联动算法团队进行策略优化，形成“数据驱动-策略落地-效果复盘”的闭环。 4. 政策研判与合规落地 - 路权策略：紧密跟踪各地自动驾驶测试及商业化试点政策，制定合规的牌照申请路径，确保运营策略符合地方监管要求。 - 风险预案：建立针对交通事故、极端天气、网络攻击等突发状况的策略级应急预案，保障业务连续性与公共安全。
