1. 负责网约车或物流配送场景下的调度系统核心算法设计，包括订单分配、供需撮合、动态定价、运力预测等模块的研发与迭代 2. 基于实际业务数据，建立调度仿真环境，量化评估算法效果，驱动策略持续优化 3. 深入理解业务运营逻辑，将运营诉求转化为算法问题，提出系统性解决方案 4. 设计高可用、低延迟的在线调度服务，保障大规模并发下的系统稳定性 5. 跟踪学术前沿（强化学习、组合优化、图神经网络等方向），将先进方法结合业务场景落地 6. 与产品、运营、工程团队深度协作，推动算法方案从原型到生产全链路落地

1. 计算机、数学、运筹学、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士/博士优先 2. 扎实的算法与数据结构基础，熟悉组合优化、图论、动态规划等经典方法 3. 熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python/Go/C++），具备工程化能力，能独立完成从算法设计到服务上线的全流程 4. 熟悉车辆路径规划问题（VRP/VRPTW）、指派问题（AssignmentProblem）等经典调度模型，有强化学习（DRL）在调度或决策场景的实际应用经验 5. 了解网约车/即时配送行业的供需撮合机制、ETA预估、订单池管理等核心模块 6. 有大规模在线优化系统（延迟<100ms）的设计或调优经验，熟悉分布式系统，有Kafka、Redis在高并发调度场景中的实践经验 8. 有网约车（滴滴/Uber/Lyft）、即时物流（美团/达达/顺丰）或自动驾驶出行平台的相关工作经验"
