1. 负责Robovan运营中台产品设计，覆盖车辆、场站、人员、ODD、资源、工单、权限、配置等核心业务模块。 2. 推动业务流程线上化和自动化，覆盖订单履约、车辆准备、补能清洁、维修保养、异常处置、结算对账、资源管理等场景。 3. 负责内外部系统对接方案设计，包括B端客户系统、订单系统、支付/结算系统、地图系统、客服系统、运维系统、数据平台等。 4. 建设运营监控、BI看板、告警机制和SLA管理体系，提升业务运行透明度、异常发现效率和系统稳定性。 5. 负责多城市、多场站、多业务模式下的配置化能力建设，降低新城市、新场站、新客户的交付成本。 6. 与运营、工程、数据、安全、财务、Sales等团队协作，梳理端到端业务流程，沉淀标准化产品方案和系统能力。

1. 经验：5年以上B端产品、运营中台、业务系统、ERP/TMS/WMS、车队管理或企业级系统产品经验；有出行、物流、自动驾驶、车联网或大型运营平台经验者优先。 2. 能力：具备优秀的业务流程抽象能力和系统设计能力，能够将复杂线下流程转化为清晰的系统模块、状态流转、权限规则和自动化机制。 3. 系统理解：熟悉接口对接、主数据管理、权限体系、配置中心、流程引擎、告警监控、BI分析等中后台产品能力。 4. 项目推动：能够独立负责跨团队项目，从需求调研、方案设计、排期推进、上线验收，到数据复盘形成完整闭环。 5. 素质：结构化思维强，关注细节和稳定性，善于处理复杂协作关系，能够在业务快速变化中保持系统方案的可扩展性和可落地性。
