1. 负责Robovan订单业务模式设计，覆盖预约单、实时单、企业用车、固定线路/区域用车等业务场景。 2. 负责调度策略产品设计，包括供需匹配、派单规则、闲时停靠、热区调度、车辆再平衡、跨区域调度等能力建设。 与算法、工程、运营团队协作，定义调度算法目标、约束条件、策略优先级、策略配置和线上实验机制。 3. 建立调度效果评估体系，持续优化订单履约率、预约单准点率、平均应答时长、收费里程占比、空驶率、单车日均有效订单等核心指标。 4. 深入业务现场和运营数据，识别不同城市、园区、场站、客户类型下的调度差异，推动调度策略配置化和规模复制。 5. 参与Robovan商业化运营策略设计，支持动态定价、运力规划、高峰供需管理等经营能力建设。

1. 经验：5年以上互联网平台、出行、物流、即时配送、自动驾驶或智能调度相关产品经验；有调度系统、订单系统、供需匹配、路径规划或算法产品经验者优先。 2. 能力：具备较强的数据分析和策略抽象能力，能够将复杂业务问题拆解为产品规则、算法目标和实验方案；熟悉A/B实验、策略迭代、指标体系建设。 3. 业务理解：理解订单履约、车辆利用率、空驶率、收费里程占比、供需平衡等运营指标，能够围绕经营目标设计产品方案。 4. 协作能力：能够高效协同算法、工程、运营、交付和城市团队，推动策略从需求定义到上线验证的完整闭环。 5. 素质：逻辑严谨，结果导向，对复杂系统有耐心，能在不确定业务场景中快速形成判断并持续迭代。"
