岗位职责： 1. 统筹RoboDelivery的商业化运营体系，设计计费模型，建立KPI仪表盘，通过数据驱动运营策略迭代； 2. 设计RoboDelivery标准化运营流程（SOP），包括车辆部署、充电维保、异常处理机制 ； 3. 设计动态运力优化方案，制定车辆投放策略 ，提升车辆利用率； 4. 构建全生命周期成本模型（硬件折旧+系统授权+运维+保险），设定成本管控目标； 5. 主导运营安全管理制度建设，包括远程监控响应机制、事故处理预案 6. 建立跨部门协作机制（技术/安全/政府事务），推动运营需求在产品端的快速迭代 ；

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，物流工程/供应链管理等相关专业 2. 5年以上物流运营经验，具备2年以上无人配送车自动驾驶运营实操背景； 3. 熟悉城市物流配速特征，精通物流成本建模工具；
