1. 产品战略与规划 制定公司Robovan业务线中长期产品战略与 Roadmap，对齐公司业务目标与技术路线，明确 ODD、核心场景、产品定位与差异化优势。 深度洞察政策法规、技术趋势、竞品动态与客户需求，输出市场洞察与产品创新方向，支撑规模化商业落地。 定义产品系列（底盘 / 载具 / 调度平台 / 云平台）、规格参数、核心性能指标与成本目标，主导产品立项与评审。 2. 全生命周期产品管理 主导从0→1→N产品全流程：需求挖掘、功能定义、PRD / 规格书、研发管控、测试验收、量产上市、运营迭代与退市管理。 统筹硬件（线控底盘 / 传感器 / 域控 / 车规部件）、软件（自动驾驶 / 调度 / 车联网）、系统与解决方案一体化设计。 建立产品数据体系与迭代机制，通过运营数据持续优化效率、安全、成本与体验。 3. 跨部门协同与资源统筹 协同研发 / 算法 / 测试 / 供应链 / 生产 / 销售 / 交付 / 运营，推进产品量产、项目交付与客户验收，对进度与质量负责。 对接头部客户与生态伙伴，输出定制化解决方案，支撑大客户拓展与标杆项目落地。 建立产品开发、变更、验收与合规流程，保障车规、功能安全与行业准入合规。 4. 团队与体系建设 搭建与管理产品团队，明确分工、考核与成长机制，提升组织能力。 构建产品管理体系、需求管理、版本规划与项目管控机制，支撑公司高速扩张。 5. 商业化与经营结果 制定产品定价、套餐、商务策略与市场推广方案，对营收、毛利、市占率、客户满意度负责。 推动 PMF 验证与规模化复制，提升产品商业效率与竞争力。

1. 基本条件 本科及以上，车辆工程 / 机械电子 / 自动化 / 计算机 / 汽车电子等相关专业优先。 8 年以上智能网联汽车 / 无人车 / 自动驾驶 / 物流机器人产品经验，3 年以上产品总监 / 产品负责人管理经验。 具备无人物流车 / 园区无人车 / L4 自动驾驶完整产品经历，有从 0 到 1 量产交付与规模化运营成功案例优先。 2. 专业能力 精通无人车线控底盘、传感器、域控制器、车规硬件、自动驾驶系统、调度平台等技术栈与开发流程。 深刻理解封闭园区 / 开放道路 / 城配 / 末端 / 工业物流等场景，熟悉客户需求、运营模式与合规准入要求。 具备产品战略、市场洞察、需求工程、项目管控、量产交付、商业化全链路能力。 熟悉 ISO26262、车规级开发、功能安全与信息安全者优先。 3. 综合素质 极强的战略思维、商业判断力与结果导向，能统筹复杂项目与跨部门资源。 优秀的沟通、谈判、决策与抗压能力，适配高速迭代创业节奏。 具备客户导向、数据驱动与创新精神，有强烈的责任心与执行力。
