1、根据客户的产品需求设计整体软件系统架构，将系统拆解为感知、规控等算法需求和系统控制、量产交付等非功能需求，驱动整个团队构建完整的自动驾驶产品； 2、将自动驾驶系统的各个功能软件和算法模块与车载设备和系统集成在一起，解决整个系统的数据联通、软硬件的正确性和稳定性问题，将软件集成为完整的、稳定的、可交付的自动驾驶产品； 3、作为整个自动驾驶研发闭环的末端，与上游软件算法环节一起，构建完整的自动化构建与持续集成测试 pipeline，设计并实现相关工具，提升整体研发闭环效率，提升产品交付质量。

1、具有计算机、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、扎实的计算机理论基础，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，并具备良好的工程规范； 3、具有大型软件的系统架构与设计和工程化落地能力，具备底层软件设计和研发经验，具备较好的学习能力和技术迁移能力； 4、有自动驾驶相关领域研发经验者优先。
