1、负责自动驾驶车端算法软件集成工作，将自动驾驶系统各个功能软件和算法模块与车载设备和系统集成在一起，解决整个系统的数据联通、软硬件的正确性和稳定性问题，将软件集成为完整的、稳定的、可交付的自动驾驶产品； 2、全面参与自动驾驶车端算法软件调试迭代，解决综合性算法与工程问题， 不断改进自动驾驶系统集成的自动化效率与质量； 3、参与自动驾驶项目的软件量产交付，与算法、基础组件、软件架构等团队合作，负责嵌入式系统CPU、内存等核心资源性能优化； 4、结合自动化驾驶系统软件架构，开发性能测评组件和系统级分析工具。

1、计算机、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、掌握C++ 编程，具备良好的工程规范； 3、具有大型软件的系统架构与设计和工程化落地能力，具备较好的学习能力和技术迁移能力； 加分项： 1、 丰富的C++性能优化实践经验，掌握操作系统调度原理，掌握常用性能分析工具使用及其实现原理。 2、英语口语交流。
