作为自动驾驶系统架构与集成工程师，主导自动驾驶系统的整体架构设计、软硬件集成与算法优化，并确保系统的高效交付。需要深入理解客户需求，协同跨职能团队（模块、产品、测试）完成技术方案落地，解决复杂系统级问题，提升产品竞争力与交付质量。 核心职责： 1.系统架构设计 根据客户需求设计自动驾驶系统整体软件架构，拆解为模块需求及系统基础功能（诊断、标定、升级、模式切换、数据回传、远程交互）、安全要求（功能安全、信息安全）等非功能需求，制定技术路线并驱动团队开发，最终确保量产交付。 主导系统软件设计，优化数据流、通信协议及模块交互逻辑，确保系统高可靠性与可扩展性。 2.软硬件集成交付 负责自动驾驶功能系统级交付，解决数据联通、软硬件兼容性及稳定性问题。 针对整车软件性能进行调优，联合模块优化产品体验，提升系统响应速度与资源利用率。 3.研发闭环与交付管理 掌握需求导入到实现、测试的过程工具，了解自动化构建、持续集成（CI/CD）测试工具链，提升研发效率与交付质量。 主导量产项目的全流程交付，协同内外部团队确保产品符合功能安全（如ISO 26262）及车规级标准。

1.基础要求： 计算机、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历（211/985院校优先）。 扎实的计算机理论基础，精通至少一门编程语言（如C++/Python），具备良好的代码规范与工程化能力。 具备自动驾驶软件系统架构设计经验，熟悉智驾系统功能、C/S架构及嵌入式开发流程。 深入参与过至少一个智能驾驶软件模块开发（感知、规划、定位等）或系统级工程化落地，具备复杂问题分析与解决能力。 AI探索和协作管理能力，有显著提高个人和团队效率的经验优先。 2.优先条件： 有自动驾驶系统架构或者集成经验，熟悉车载计算平台，或具备车规级软件交付经验。 熟悉功能安全标准（ISO 26262）、ASPICE流程或车载通信协议（如CAN/LIN/Ethernet）。 具备跨团队协作经验，能高效对接软件模块、产品及客户需求，推动技术问题闭环。 有量产车型软件交付背景，或嵌入式算法开发与集成经验者优先。 有L3/L4或舱驾一体量产经验者优先。 3.软性素质： 强烈的责任心和主动性，能主动识别技术风险并推动上游团队快速响应。 出色的技术沟通能力，擅长在复杂需求中提炼核心问题并制定解决方案。 对自动驾驶领域充满热情，能适应量产压力和快节奏研发环境，具备持续学习与技术迁移能力。 深度参与客户现场支持，偶尔出差。
