岗位职责 - 稳定可靠且易于扩展的Planning架构设计与系统开发； - 通过DL/RL/POMDP/Game Theory等算法提升决策规划交互能力，使系统表现更加符合人类驾驶习惯； - 基于海量路测数据构建完整的数据驱动算法工具链，构建高效规划训练及评测系统等； - 高性能高效率的数值优化和计算几何算法开发。 任职要求 - 自动化、计算机、人工智能、车辆等相关专业硕士及以上学历； - 较强的编程能力，熟悉C++、Python，良好的代码风格和系统设计能力； - 扎实的数理基础，熟悉最优化/控制理论/深度学习/强化学习等算法中至少两种； - 优秀的沟通与协作能力； - 优秀的学习能力和建模分析能力，需要多维视角和创新思维解决复杂场景下的难题； - 机器学习方向要求深刻理解DL/RL相关算法，有丰富的研究和实践经验。 加分项 - 复杂系统工程经验，优秀开源项目研发经历； - RoboMaster, RoboCup等机器人比赛或ACM竞赛获奖者； - 熟悉自动驾驶技术栈和主流Planning算法框架； - 有Robotaxi/Robotruck/无人配送/机器人等领域Planning算法落地应用经验。
