  • Help implement scalable accounting policies, procedures, and documentation as MongoDB continues to grow

Leadership and partnership

  • Coordinate work across global accounting teams and help establish consistent processes across entities and reporting cycles
  • Translate accounting issues into clear, practical guidance for Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and represent Controllership with sound judgment and a service-oriented approach

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in corporate accounting, global close, or a related controllership function
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting processes in a public-company or similarly complex environment
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany activity, balance-sheet reconciliations, and close management
  • Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment and partnering with internal and external auditors
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing accounting professionals in a global organization
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate effectively during close and reporting cycles, and make sound decisions with incomplete information

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
