Altoni-Kelderman is een jong, dynamisch en groeiend voedingsbedrijf in Schoten, gespecialiseerd in het bereiden van maaltijdcomponenten van hoogstaande kwaliteit. Achter Altoni-Kelderman staat een sterk dynamisch team waarin samenwerking, betrokkenheid en de passie voor voeding vooropstaan. Om de productie verder te versterken, zoeken we een Supervisor Productie die het verschil maakt op de werkvloer en mee bouwt aan een vlotte, gestructureerde werking.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Productie Supervisor ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op de werkvloer vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Daarbij combineer je een organisatorische blik met een praktische, hands-on aanpak.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten op en bewaakt de goede werking van het proces.
  • Aansturen, ondersteunen en motiveren van productiemedewerkers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie verloopt volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en werkinstructies.
  • Opvolgen en registreren van productieorders.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht tussen de ploegen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op orde, netheid, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Bij problemen grijp je in en je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je springt zelf bij waar nodig en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Kortom: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt het hoofd koel en zorgt ervoor dat je team elke dag het beste van zichzelf kan geven.

Je bent iemand die mensen weet mee te krijgen, graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en sterk is in het bewaren van overzicht.

Je kan onder meer terugvallen op de volgende zaken:

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector in een aansturende of leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
  • Je weet medewerkers op een respectvolle en duidelijke manier aan te sturen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Capaciteit om meerdere werkposten en prioriteiten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Een oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
