Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de chemische industrie, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige meststoffen voor professionele land- en tuinbouw, openbaar groen en sportvelden.

De productiesite in Antwerpen telt ongeveer 35 medewerkers en kenmerkt zich door een hands-on mentaliteit, korte communicatielijnen en een sterke teamgeest. Binnen deze internationale en innovatieve organisatie staan kwaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en continue verbetering centraal.

In de functie van ‘Productie Supervisor’ :

  • ga je je team (gemiddeld 5 medewerkers) aansturen en coachen om de productiedoelen te overtreffen;
  • waarborg je veiligheid en kwaliteit in elke stap van het proces;
  • plan en coördineer je taken voor maximale efficiëntie;
  • onderzoek en implementeer je innovatieve oplossingen voor verbetering;
  • creëer je een energieke, productieve en ondersteunende werkomgeving;
  • draag je bij in het bedienen van een (semi) automatische installatie.

Je komt in aanmerking als ‘Productie Supervisor’ indien je :

  • diploma middelbaar onderwijs hebt met een passie voor supervisie;
  • aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring hebt in een industriële omgeving;
  • proactief kan handelen en een kritische blik hebt voor procesoptimalisaties;
  • perfect Nederlands beheerst en een goede kennis van Engels;
  • vlot kan werken met MS Office;
  • bereid bent om in 2 ploegen (V/L) te werken.
