Twoje kluczowe misje:

  • Strategia Go-To-Market: Tworzenie i egzekucja strategii wejścia na nowy rynek międzynarodowy w modelu transgranicznym, w oparciu o wykorzystanie i konkurencję.
  • Zarządzanie sprzedażą Multichannel: Pełna odpowiedzialność za P&L i KPI w kluczowych kanałach sprzedaży (marketplace, D2C), w tym Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Kaufland.
  • Optymalizacja i CRO: Ciągła optymalizacja list produktów, lejków sprzedażyowych i podstawowych w celu maksymalizacji współczynnika konwersji (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Performance Marketing: Nadzorowanie strategii i budżetami kampanii PPC (Amazon Ads, Allegro Ads, eBay Ads) w celu najważniejszych widoczności i sprzedaży.
  • Analityka i Rozwój: Głęboka analiza danych sprzedaży w celu uzyskania trendów i nowych możliwości skalowania biznesu.

Oczekujemy od Ciebie:

  • Doświadczenia w skalowaniu sprzedaży: Udokumentowane skutecznie w budowie strategii wielokanałowej i/lub w opracowaniach transgranicznego e-commerce.
  • Eksperckiej wiedzy: Minimum 3-4 lata doświadczenia na poziomie podstawowym w e-commerce. Doskonalenie mechanizmów i algorytmów kluczowych marketplace'ów (w Amazon/eBay).
  • Kompetencje analityczne: Biegłość w pracy z danymi. Potrafi przekuć wnioski z Google Analytics, zastosować narzędzia analityczne w określonych działaniach optymalizacyjnych.
  • Samodzielności i inicjatywy: Jesteś osobą proaktywną, która może samodzielnie zarządzać projektami od A do Z – od strategii po egzekucji.
  • Znajomości języka obcego: Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego jest niezbędna do stosowania na opisie ogólnym.
