🛠 1. Zarządzanie Biurem i Infrastrukturą (Facility Management)

Dbanie o stan techniczny biura i urządzeń (nadzór nad serwisami, naprawami, współpraca z dostawcami usług).

Szukanie oszczędności i optymalizacja zużycia energii – masz realny wpływ na ekologię i koszty firmy!

📊 2. Ewidencja, Raportowanie i Compliance

Przygotowywanie danych do raportów międzynarodowych (m.in. Intrastat) oraz prowadzenie rejestrów sprzedaży.

Dbanie o zgodność środowiskową – prowadzenie spraw związanych z BDO, opłatami produktowymi oraz raportowaniem na rynki UE (Lucid, WEEE). Spokojnie, jeśli tego nie znasz – nauczymy Cię!

Ewidencja środków trwałych i inwentaryzacja majątku firmy.
