Job Description:

数字IC验证工程师

数字验证工程师能够使用先进验证方法和工业级标准ASIC工具完成数字和数模混合芯片的功能和系统级验证。产品包括电源管理/车载电子/LED照明/网络/充电等多种数模混合及SOC芯片。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

  • 完成数字和数模混合芯片的验证工作
  • 搭建验证平台，测试用例，编写模块级/系统级验证模型
  • 编写验证文档，记录测试结果和覆盖率
  • 使用Verilog，SystemVerilog，UVM，测试用例和验证IP完成验证工作
  • 需要掌握以下一项或者多项设计工具和流程知识：RTL仿真、覆盖率分析，网表级仿真，数模混合仿真等
  • 协助测试和FPGA验证

Requirements岗位要求:

  • 微电子、电子工程或相近专业硕士
  • 有ASIC SV/UVM验证或相关经验优先
  • 良好的读写和口头英语能力和团队沟通能力
  • 能独立遵循流程规则，高质量地完成工作
  • 熟悉Perl/TCL/Unix/Python脚本
