1. 负责AI辅助游戏开发体系的设计与落地，包括AI开发流程构建、Agent工作流编排、编程工作流基建（Harness工程），推动AI在游戏研发各环节的深度应用； 2. 优化并开发AI编程配套工具链，包括上下文工程（Context Engineering）、Agent Skill与工具设计、推理成本控制（Token Optimization）、调试链路优化等； 3. 配合各游戏项目组落地通用需求，维护与优化前后端工具及引擎功能，将AI能力融入现有工具管线； 4. 与合作伙伴紧密协作，针对开发过程中的目标和问题提供专业建议与解决方案，持续推动团队AI提效实践。

1. 全日制本科学历及以上，5年以上游戏开发经验，具备Unity前后端开发经验优先； 2. 精通C#，熟悉C++，熟悉主流前后端开发框架及SaaS服务； 3. 熟悉LLM API调用与Agent编排（如LangChain、Claude Agent SDK、AutoGen等），具备至少一个AI应用工程项目的完整落地经验； 4. 深度使用过AI编程工具（Claude Code、Cursor、Copilot等），了解Prompt Engineering、RAG或Harness Engineering基本概念； 5. 对常见游戏与软件设计模式有深入理解，具备扎实的计算机科学基础； 6. 有AI Native产品开发经验，或有Agent框架、工作流引擎、编程基建建设经验者优先。
