1. 熟练掌握Python编程，了解深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）； 2. 熟悉上下文工程、Harness框架、RAG的评估等； 3. 具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习理论基础，了解LLM训练流程、Transformer、注意力机制等核心概念； 4. 熟悉LLM微调流程与实践，具备SFT/Post-training、指令微调等经验，了解LoRA/QLoRA等参数高效微调方法，能够完成数据准备、训练调参、评估与效果验证。 5. 具有较强的英文文献阅读能力，能够快速理解并复现学术论文； 6. 对AI Agent、大语言模型应用有浓厚兴趣，有自驱力和学习热情。 7. 有游戏开发经验或参与过游戏相关项目优先
