负责企业内部效能平台的产品规划与建设，覆盖本地化翻译、版本运营、官网及活动生产等业务场景。我们希望你不只是维护已有平台，更能探索 AI 时代企业效能平台的新形态，推动团队从“人力驱动交付”走向“平台与 AI 能力驱动交付”。 深入业务流程，识别高频、重复和可标准化的环节，推动平台化、自动化与智能化改造。 探索大模型、Agent 等 AI 能力与业务平台的结合，推动 AI 翻译、智能运营、AI 建站等产品落地。 负责需求分析、方案设计、项目推进及上线运营闭环，以效率、质量、使用率和业务价值衡量产品成效。 协同业务、研发、设计及测试团队，推动跨平台能力复用，建设可持续演进的 AI 产品生态。

3 年及以上产品经理经验，有企业服务、中后台、内部效能平台或复杂业务系统的产品经验。 具备 AI 项目开发或从 0 到 1 落地经验，能够参与原型验证，并与研发共同完成技术方案与产品设计。 熟悉 AI Native 协作范式，能够熟练运用 AI Coding、Agent 等工具开展需求分析、原型设计及项目协作。 熟悉 Harness 开发范式，对 Context、Tool、Skill、Agent、Eval 等核心体系有较深入的理解和实践经验。 具备较强的业务抽象与系统化能力，能够将复杂流程沉淀为标准化、平台化和智能化的产品能力。 能够判断 AI 的适用场景和能力边界，围绕效率、质量、使用率及业务价值建立指标，并持续验证落地效果。 具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够在业务需求、产品方案与技术实现之间建立有效连接。 有游戏、全球化、本地化、内容运营或营销技术平台经验者优先。
