1、大数据全链路测试：负责数据湖、数据仓库、数据中台的ETL/ELT全流程测试，验证数据准确性、完整性、一致性；通过SQL完成数据指标、数据管道校验，落地数据质量监控与血缘溯源，保障数据链路稳定合规。 2、AI数据质量体系建设：搭建AIGC赋能的智能化数据质量体系，实现数据异常自动检测、数据漂移识别、自动化校验；推动测试能力接入CI/CD、MLOps流水线，实现质量风险前置、闭环管控。 3、AI模型与大模型评测：搭建AI/LLM评测标准与黄金数据集，覆盖大模型、AI Agent、特征工程管道测试；从准确率、鲁棒性、合规性、稳定性等维度完成模型评测，监控数据漂移，保障AI输出可信稳定。 4、治理与能力沉淀：落实数据隐私、合规、SLA等管控要求，参与数据治理体系优化；沉淀大数据+AI测试方法论与自动化最佳实践，推进团队测试能力升级。

1、经验基础：5年以上大数据、后端或AI产品测试经验，具备系统化测试思维与自动化落地能力，可独立制定测试策略、闭环质量问题。 2、大数据能力：精通复杂SQL，熟悉ETL/ELT数据流转、数仓与数据湖测试逻辑；掌握Python/Java/Go任意一种开发语言，熟练使用Jenkins、Docker、Airflow等常用工具，具备API测试与数据治理基础认知。 3、AI核心能力：具备大模型/AI评测实战经验，熟悉Golden Dataset、LLM评测、数据漂移检测；了解AIGC、AI Agent基础，可独立落地AI评测体系与量化评估。 4、综合素质：学习能力强，主动高效，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作与问题闭环能力。
