  • 统筹AI Agent产品与数据智能能力的整体建设方向，判断优先投入哪些场景（如智能问数助手、自动化分析Agent、异常排查Agent、监控预警agent等），确保资源投入在ROI最高的场景
  • 设计与构建面向数据消费、数据生产场景的AI Agent产品，推动分析工作从人工完成向Agent自动完成演进
  • 探索大模型在数据智能场景的产品化路径，包括Agent架构设计、工具调用（Function Calling）编排、多轮任务规划与执行，并建立可复用的评估体系（任务完成率、准确率、幻觉率等）驱动AI能力持续迭代
  • 作为AI能力建设的单点负责人，同时对接算法、工程团队，共建Agent底层能力（RAG、记忆机制、多Agent协作等），并转化为可交付的产品功能
  • 4-6年产品经验，其中有AI/大模型相关产品经验（Agent、Copilot、智能助手类产品优先）
  • 深入理解Agent技术范式：Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、多Agent协作、记忆机制等，有实际落地案例，而非停留在demo层面
  • 具备数据领域基础认知，理解埋点、指标、数据分析的基本工作流，能准确判断AI在数据场景中的能力边界
  • 良好的技术sense，能与算法、研发团队高效协作，共同定义Agent能力边界与产品形态
  • 加分项：有互联网大厂背景或者头部游戏行业（米哈游、莉莉丝、腾讯、网易等）数据产品或AI产品经验
