  • 负责 AI Agent 平台及智能协作产品的用户运营与产品运营工作，推动产品使用规模、使用深度与用户满意度的持续增长。
  • 负责深入重点用户群体和真实业务场景，快速定位、协调并实地解决用户问题，建立高效的用户反馈响应机制，持续提升首响及时率、问题闭环率和用户满意度。
  • 负责日常产品运营工作，包括版本发布传播、功能介绍、使用教程、公告通知与运营物料建设，优化用户上手路径与使用体验。
  • 负责多渠道用户反馈与需求的收集、分类、优先级梳理，高效流转至产品与研发团队，跟进落地进度并向用户闭环反馈。
  • 与重点用户共创典型使用场景，挖掘高价值使用案例，沉淀为案例库与知识库，推动最佳实践的复用与传播。
  • 策划并执行周期性运营活动，如新功能发布、主题挑战、案例征集与分享会等，带动用户活跃与产品影响力。
  • 跟踪使用规模、使用深度、满意度等核心指标，定期输出运营数据分析与洞察，驱动产品和运营策略持续优化。

- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上产品运营、用户运营、社区运营或相关工作经验。 - 有 To B 产品、内部平台、效率工具或开发者工具的运营经验者优先。 - 具备 AI 产品（大模型、AI Agent、AIGC、智能助手等）相关项目或运营经验，熟悉 AI 产品的用户使用习惯与典型问题，能够深入理解产品能力与用户场景。 - 具备优秀的用户服务意识与沟通表达能力，能够耐心、高效地处理大量用户反馈与咨询，把用户问题转化为产品改进机会。 - 具备良好的需求理解与结构化整理能力，能够从分散的用户声音中提炼清晰需求，并推动跨团队流转与跟进。 - 具备良好的内容撰写能力，能够独立完成产品介绍、使用教程、案例文档和传播文案。 - 具备数据意识，能够通过使用数据和用户反馈监测运营效果、定位问题并提出改进措施。 - 具备活动策划与项目推进能力，能够独立组织线上活动并协调产品、研发、设计等多方资源。 - 对大模型、AI Agent 和智能工作工具有浓厚兴趣，并有实际使用经验，愿意深入理解产品能力与用户场景。 - 学习能力和执行力强，有主人翁意识，能够在快速迭代的产品环境中主动发现问题、推动解决。 加分项 - 有 SaaS 平台、开发者社区或企业内部平台的运营经验。 - 有用户社群建设、用户反馈机制搭建或知识库、案例库建设经验。 - 了解 Prompt Engineering、Agent、RAG、MCP 等概念，能够深入理解产品机制与用户问题。 - 了解游戏研发流程或内容创作工作流，理解相关岗位的真实工作场景。 - 熟练使用 ChatGPT、Claude、Cursor、Copilot 等 AI 工具，对 AI Native 的工作方式有自己的实践与思考。 - 有从 0 到 1 搭建产品运营体系或主导用户增长、活跃度提升项目的经验。
