负责 AI Agent 平台和智能工作工具的服务端架构设计与研发，建设高可用、可扩展的基础服务。 主导或深度参与 Agent 任务调度、工作流编排、工具调用、状态管理、异常恢复等核心模块的设计与实现。 设计并演进 Agent、Skill、插件和 AI 应用相关的服务端接口、数据模型及权限体系。 推动 AI 能力与项目管理、文档、消息及研发工具等系统的深度集成，支持事件驱动和自动化流程落地。 建设日志、Trace、监控告警和效果数据体系，持续优化系统性能、稳定性和问题排查效率。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，3 年及以上服务端开发经验 编程功底扎实，精通 Go、Python、TypeScript 中至少一门主流语言，理解其常用框架与运行时机制。 基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络和数据库，了解常见性能瓶颈与调优手段。 熟练掌握 HTTP、RESTful API 设计，熟悉关系型数据库、缓存、消息队列等常见服务端技术栈，有实际落地经验。 具备良好的代码习惯和工程意识，重视系统稳定性、可维护性和数据一致性，熟悉单元测试、Code Review 等协作规范。 对大模型、AI Agent 和智能工作流有浓厚兴趣，了解 LLM API、Prompt、RAG、Tool Use 等基本概念，并有动手实践或调研经验。 具备较强的问题分析与拆解能力，能独立负责模块从设计到上线的完整闭环。 加分项 实际使用过 Agent SDK、LangChain、AutoGen、MCP、RAG、Function Calling / Tool Use 等技术构建过完整项目或产品功能。 有任务调度系统、工作流引擎、异步队列、状态机或分布式系统的设计与生产实践。 有模型网关、模型路由、向量数据库、上下文工程或模型效果评测的落地经验。 有服务监控、链路追踪、性能优化或 Token 成本分析的实战经验。 有第三方开放平台、企业系统或研发工具的集成经验，熟悉 OAuth、Webhook 等机制。 有高并发、高可用系统的建设经验，或主导过中大型系统的架构演进。
