负责面向 Web 技术团队的 Agentic 研发交付体系建设，围绕 Agent Harness、Web 工程化和游戏营销业务，提升官网、运营活动、预约、赛事、互动玩法等项目的研发与交付效率，推动研发模式从“单点 AI 工具”向“可评测、可治理、可持续迭代的智能研发系统”演进。 负责 Web 研发 Agent Harness 的设计与落地，覆盖需求理解、方案生成、代码开发、测试验证、代码 Review、发布检查和问题修复等研发环节。 设计 Agent Loop 与任务编排机制，建设上下文管理、工具调用、长期任务执行、Multi-Agent 协作、失败恢复和人工确认等核心能力。 建设面向官网及游戏营销活动的智能生产体系，通过模板化、组件化、参数化和配置化能力，支持快速搭建预约、抽奖、签到、分享、投票、排行榜、兑换、组队等营销玩法。 建设可复用的 Web 业务能力，包括活动模板、玩法组件、页面区块、数据接口适配、埋点分析、多语言、多地区、响应式适配和发布流水线。 构建 Agent 全生命周期治理平台，覆盖运行时编排、调用链追踪、日志与可观测、效果评测、成本统计、质量反馈和持续优化闭环。 建立 Web Agent 评测体系，围绕需求理解准确率、代码可用率、测试通过率、规范命中率、人工修改量、交付时长和线上问题率持续衡量效果。 推动前端技术栈和 Agent 工具接入标准化，沉淀通用框架、Skills、MCP 工具、提示词、上下文模板、工程规范和可复用组件。 设计安全可控的 Agent 执行环境，完善代码仓库、文件系统、命令执行、凭证、发布和外部系统操作的权限控制、审批与审计机制。 结合业务场景完成模型选型、上下文工程、工具设计和成本优化，平衡生成质量、执行速度、稳定性与使用成本。

本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先；具备扎实的 Web 前端或全栈工程能力。 精通 TypeScript，熟悉 Node.js，深入掌握 React/Vue、现代构建工具及前端工程化体系。 具备复杂 Web 项目或前端平台建设经验，熟悉组件体系、模板引擎、低代码/配置化平台、CMS、CI/CD、监控和埋点体系中的一项或多项。 对 AI Agent 工程有实践经验，理解 Agent Loop、上下文工程、工具调用、Skills/MCP、任务编排、长期记忆、评测和可观测等核心问题。 能将 Agent 能力接入真实研发流程，而不只是完成 Demo；能够结合业务目标设计可量化的效果指标。 具备良好的架构设计、问题分析和跨团队协作能力，能够推动复杂项目从方案设计走向生产落地。 对 AI Native 研发模式保持敏感，愿意重新思考需求、设计、开发、测试、发布和运营之间的协作方式。 加分项 从0到1建设过 Agent Harness、智能研发平台、代码 Agent、评测体系或运行时治理系统。 有 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor 等 Coding Agent 的团队级落地和治理经验。 熟悉 MCP、Agent Skills、浏览器自动化、代码执行沙箱或 Multi-Agent 协作机制。 有全球化业务经验，熟悉多语言、多地区、弱网适配、移动端性能、CDN 和海外发布链路。 能够用量化结果证明 Agent 价值，例如交付周期缩短、代码采纳率提升、人工修改量下降或线上问题减少。
