岗位概述： 负责 AI 方向产品的整体规划与落地，主导 Agent、虚拟人等前沿 AI 能力在游戏/互动娱乐场景中的产品化。

岗位职责： 1.产品规划与战略：负责公司 AI 产品方向的整体规划，结合业务目标制定产品路线图，明确短期落地场景与中长期技术布局。 2.AI 能力建设与落地：主导 Agent、虚拟人、智能推荐等 AI 能力的产品设计与交付，确保技术方案在业务场景中产生可量化的价值。 3.跨团队协作：与算法、工程、业务团队深度协同，推动 AI 产品从需求定义、模型选型/训练、工程化到上线运营的全链路闭环。 4.行业洞察：持续跟踪 AI 领域前沿趋势（大模型、Agent 框架、多模态等），挖掘新技术在产品侧的应用机会，保持竞争优势。

任职要求 1.计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业毕业； 2.具备扎实的工程理解力，能与算法团队进行深度技术对话； 3.聪明、学习能力强，对 AI 技术有强烈的好奇心和判断力。 4.从业背景（满足以下任一方向即可） 1）互联网方向：来自知名互联网公司，具备高标准产品环境的历练经验；有广泛的产品视野和跨行业认知，能够将互联网成熟的产品方法论迁移至新领域；

2）游戏行业方向：来自知名游戏公司，有亲自带队或独立主导并产出强落地成果的经历； 5.技术方向经验 深度参与过 AI Agent、虚拟人/数字人等方向的产品设计或技术落地，有完整的从概念到上线的项目经验； 或者在深度学习、机器学习、推荐/广告/搜索等方向有扎实的技术积累或产品实践。

6.加分项 1）有 AI 产品从 0 到 1 的成功案例； 2）对大语言模型（LLM）应用生态有深入理解，包括 RAG、Function Calling、Multi-Agent 等； 3）有技术背景转产品的经历更佳，能独立完成简单的原型验证； 4）对游戏或互动娱乐内容有热情和理解。
