职位描述 1.作为项目数据分析接口人，统筹项目多方向分析工作，包括但不限于版本平衡分析、商业化与经营分析、用户生态与匹配体验研究及战略决策支持，保障核心业务稳定与增长； 2.对接研发、策划、运营、发行、赛事等多部门，拉通数据需求优先级，建立项目侧数据分析协作机制与交付标准，确保分析产出与业务节奏同频； 3.负责人才队伍建设与数据技术路线规划，推动团队在自走棋垂类的分析深度与行业影响力； 4.牵头项目内 AI 数据基建与通用 Agent 建设，主导平衡仿真、对局复盘、玩家画像、阵容推荐等垂类场景落地，推动团队与业务整体提效。

1.5 年以上数据分析经验，有团队管理经验优先；有大型游戏公司核心项目经验，熟悉自走棋、MOBA 或竞技类项目数据分析者优先； 2.具备业务前瞻性与接口人意识，能快速将自走棋业务问题（如版本平衡、经济系统、匹配体验、商业化）转化为数据解决方案，并带领团队跨部门协同推进； 3.对大模型、Agent、知识库等 AI 能力在游戏数据分析中的落地有实操经验，能主导团队 AI 方向建设；掌握主流技术栈与数据底层原理，并能跟踪、转化 AI 前沿技术； 4.具有丰富的数据平台建设、运维与治理经验；精通数据资产管理，熟悉数据市场化与数据安全体系建设，具备良好的数据价值洞察与资产运营增值能力； 5.具备优秀的沟通协调能力、学习创新能力与领导力，能够承担项目接口人角色，组织多方对齐并推动分析成果落地。
