1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，10年以上企业IT信息化经验；其中具备5年以上管理经验，有0-1项目搭建经验优先，有数字化转型经验优先。 2、精通职能线信息化建设逻辑，熟悉大型跨地域职场IT基建规划、建设及整体运维全流程。 3、具备大型、跨地域职场IT基础建设规划、建设、运维经验，能结合业务需求制定相应解决方案并落地，有大型项目的实施和管理经验。 4、优秀的业务理解分析能力、产品规划和项目推进能力，逻辑清晰，结构化思维，乐于探索本质，擅长系统性解决问题。 5、拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，自我驱动，能跨领域、跨团队主导工作开展，逻辑思维缜密，能够并行处理多而繁杂的任务。
