1.负责游戏内战斗、成长或经济等完整数值模块的设计与迭代，包括方案设计、配置落地、效果验证与持续优化。 2.围绕游戏核心体验制定数值设计目标，搭建并维护数值模型，通过公式推导、模拟测算等方式验证方案，合理处理模块内部及模块之间的数值关系。 3.结合实际游戏体验、埋点数据、玩家行为和版本反馈，主动发现数值问题，分析原因并推动优化，持续验证调整效果。 4.与系统策划、程序、数据分析等团队协作，推进所负责模块的开发与验收，对数值方案的落地质量和实际体验负责

1.3 年以上游戏数值策划经验，曾负责完整数值模块的设计与落地；战斗、经济、成长等方向均可，有完整项目研发或长期运营经验者优先。 2.对数值设计有自己的理解和思路，能够从玩法与体验目标出发拆解问题，说明模型、参数及方案取舍的依据，并结合实际效果反思和改进设计。 3.具备扎实的数学基础与数值建模能力，熟练使用 Excel 进行模型搭建与测算；具备 SQL、Python 数据处理或或者AI辅助数据分析能力者优先。 4.逻辑清晰，学习主动，能够独立推进问题解决，输出清晰、可执行的方案，并与相关团队有效协作。 加分项： 1.有搜打撤、射击或 RPG 项目经验，或对相关品类有深入的玩家体验与分析。 2.有从零搭建数值模块，或在运营中发现并解决复杂数值问题的实践经历
