1、负责 MLBB 重点节点宣发推广工作，产出高质量内容创意与多元形式，包括不限于平面类（海报/定调）、视频类（实拍/动画）等。 2、独立跟进创意全流程，包括拆解营销目标、挖掘用户洞察，并将其翻译成清晰的视觉创意方向，落地为具体物料执行方案及最终产出。 3、全流程开放协作，沟通对接内外部，保证各团队关键环节确认，品质达标，如期交付。 4、参与项目复盘，追踪宣发物料的目标达成情况，并沉淀项目经验与可复用方法。 5、管理创意物料资产，沉淀外部合作资源。

1、具备优秀的内容创意生产能力和专业判断力，能够清晰表达创意逻辑与执行思路；具备良好的学习能力和自驱力。 2、拥有3-5年+游戏相关行业，有独立的视觉定调、KV等制作全工业流程经验；视觉能力需扎实，CG动画经验加分。 3、能熟练使用 AI 工具，有丰富的影视、游戏内容知识储备，喜爱游戏和二次元，对 MOBA、卡牌等常见游戏类型及其用户审美有深入了解。
