1.负责游戏的用户研究工作,参与游戏从前期立项到上线运营各阶段的用户研究,运用各种定性和定量的研究方法,有针对性的开展调研分析工作,帮助游戏项目侧洞悉用户需求,验证运营策略,不断优化与提升用户体验; 2.熟练掌握问卷调研、深度访谈、焦点小组、用户体验测试等多种研究方法,结合业务实际需求选择合适的方案并在执行过程中保证方法科学严谨; 3.能够在团队内主导完成中大型用户调研项目,能够负责从项目沟通,调研规划,调研职责安排,调研执行,结论输出,落地追踪等一系列工作内容,最终能够提供客观的用户体验反馈,准确的用户行为和需求分析以及有价值的落地建议; 4.对游戏市场有较好的理解,对市场上的主要游戏品类能够有足够的认知和分析,并不定期输出调研报告,为产品决策提供支持。

1.心理学、社会学、统计学、市场营销等相关专业,本科及以上学历; 2.4年以上相关工作经验,熟悉业内常用的用研分析方法,并有方法论积累; 3.有较好的英语听读写能力,具备流利进行英文访谈的能力以从及完整的英文报告输出能力; 4.具备统计和数据分析基础,熟练使用excel,SPSS,R等统计分析能力，能熟练使用AI分析； 5.具备良好的沟通能力、洞察力、逻辑分析能力,和项目管理能力 6.熟悉和热爱游戏,对游戏有自己的理解和判断； *加分项:有游戏公司用户研究工作经历者优先。
