1. 统筹数据服务、数据集成、权限管理三条产品线的整体规划，明确三者的建设优先级与协同关系，避免各产品线各自为战； 2. 打造从数据接入到数据服务再到权限管控的一体化链路体验：确保数据集成产生的数据资产能被数据服务标准化开放，权限模型贯穿接入、存储、服务的全链路，而不是三套互相独立的系统； 3. 以AI能力作为工具链的统一升级方向：把异常数据识别、接入配置智能生成、异常访问识别等能力，作为三条产品线共用的能力底座去规划，提升整体工具链的自动化水平； 4. 作为工具链产品的单点负责人，同时对接数据工程、客户端/服务端研发、安全合规团队，统筹需求排期与资源协调； 5. 建立工具链的稳定性与质量标准（数据质量监控指标、服务SLA、权限审计要求等），确保三条产品线的技术门槛和服务水位保持一致。

1. 5年以上数据产品经验，有同时负责或统筹过数据服务、数据集成、数据权限中至少2个方向的经验，理解三者之间的依赖关系； 2. 熟悉数据采集、数据接入、数据仓库与元数据管理等数据链路基本原理，理解权限模型（行级/列级/字段级）与数据安全合规要求； 3. 具备良好的产品化意识，能将底层技术能力包装成好用的自助化工具，并能站在整体工具链的视角做取舍，而不是孤立优化单个产品； 4. 有在数据服务、数据集成或权限管理类产品中落地AI能力的实际建设经验（如异常数据智能识别、接入配置智能生成、异常访问智能识别等），具备独立设计并推动AI功能上线的能力； 5. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力，能同时对接数据工程、研发、安全合规等多方角色，独立统筹多条产品线的并行推进； 6. 加分项：有游戏行业数据平台/数据集成/数据安全类产品经验。
