1.负责地图与区域设计，完成方案、白盒搭建、配置落地及上线迭代 2.规划出生点、资源点、关键区域与撤离路线，构建探索、交战与撤离的风险收益选择 3.结合地形、视野与角色能力，设计怪物、Boss及动态事件遭遇，兼顾单人和组队体验 4.协同策划、程序和美术推进制作，通过实机测试、玩家反馈与数据持续优化关卡

1.3 年以上关卡相关工作经验，能独立完成地图或区域从设计到可玩版本的制作 2.理解空间布局、路线选择、信息引导与战斗节奏，能说明设计取舍及其对玩家行为的影响 3.熟练使用 Unity 及关卡编辑工具，具备白盒搭建、交互配置与调试能力。 4.能清晰表达设计方案，明确协作需求与验收标准。 5.具备数据验证思维，能通过测试定位问题、验证方案并推动改进。 加分项 1.有搜打撤、PvPvE、多人合作或非线性探索项目经验。 2.熟悉多人地图的出生布局、交战热点、路线竞争及队伍规模差异。 3.有怪物/Boss遭遇、动态事件或可重复游玩内容的设计经验。 4.有上线后结合玩家行为数据迭代关卡的经验。 5.熟练使用 Codex、Claude 等 AI Agent 工具辅助设计与开发。

作品集（加分） 欢迎附上 1—2 个代表性关卡案例，商业项目、个人作品或 Mod 均可。简要说明设计目标、个人贡献、关键取舍及迭代结果，并附平面图、白盒截图、实机视频或可玩版本。保密内容可脱敏
