作为沐瞳支付研发团队的技术负责人方向候选人，具备强烈 owner 意识，对沐瞳支付后端服务及支付相关前端产品的研发全生命周期负责，保障全球游戏收单支付业务安全、稳定、可扩展，支撑业务持续落地，并在过程中逐步承担团队管理与人才培养职责。

1. 主导沐瞳支付业务的研发交付，覆盖前端、后端产品，负责需求拆解、前后端协作、渠道对接、开发上线全环节，对最终研发交付负责； 2. 负责游戏充值商城、收单支付业务的技术规划，并带领技术团队达到目标，确保系统稳定性和支付安全； 3. 具备完整的技术视角（能够独立制定监控、告警、容灾、应急预案并落地；在故障发生时牵头排查、定位根因、推动复盘与改进，保障 SLA 达标； 4. 在团队内统一落地 AI Coding 工作流，能够基于实际业务场景抽离 Skill / Prompt / 规范，驾驭主流 AI 编程工具，在保证代码质量与架构一致性的前提下显著提升人效。

1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的数据结构与算法基础；5 年以上服务端开发经验； 2. Java 技术栈掌握扎实，熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis / MyBatis-Plus 等主流框架，理解其核心原理而非只会调 API；熟悉 Sentinel、Seata、Nacos、RocketMQ / Kafka 等常用微服务与中间件组件；有生产级 JVM 调优与线上 OOM / STW 问题排查经验更佳； 3. 至少对游戏充值商城或收单支付其中一项业务有较深的行业经验：有相关完整的 0-1 系统落地经验优先； 4. 熟练掌握 Web / RPC 接口设计规范，在微服务、高并发、高可用系统上有大规模生产项目经验； 5. 熟悉常用分布式框架、任务调度、消息队列等中间件，对分布式一致性、最终一致性、幂等、重试等有深刻理解并在支付场景中实践过； 6. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列、ES 等存储与中间件，具备大规模服务的性能调优经验； 7. 有 1 年以上带领 2~5 人小团队、担任 Technical Lead 或模块 Owner 的经历，能够拆解任务、把控节奏、做绩效反馈；不一定是正式 Manager，但需要有主动带人、主动承担团队责任的意识与行为；有同时带过后端和前端、或协调过前后端联合交付大项目的经验更佳； 8. 了解主流前端技术栈（React / Vue / TypeScript、前端工程化、构建工具、浏览器性能与安全、跨端 H5 / 小程序）有基本的技术判断力，能够评审前端技术方案、识别前端架构风险，推动前端体验和稳定性的优化。 9. 沟通能力强，能独立完成与外部支付机构、内部业务方的产品、研发对接与方案对齐； 10. AI Coding：日常深度使用 Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot 等主流 AI 编程工具，有在真实项目中规模化落地的经验，能够抽离 Skill、沉淀规范，识别并规避 AI 生成代码带来的框架漂移、安全与质量问题。 可以加分的： 1. 熟悉云原生技术栈（Kubernetes、Docker、Service Mesh、Tracing、Prometheus、API Gateway）者优先；做过容量评估、压测、容灾演练者优先；有多云融合或者多地部署经验者优先； 2. 主导过高可用、高稳定性系统（如 SLA 99.99%）的设计与线上保障，有大型故障复盘与治理经验者优先； 3. 有海外支付渠道（信用卡、本地钱包、运营商计费等）对接经验，熟悉 PCI-DSS 等合规要求者优先； 4. 有从 0 到 1 搭建团队技术规范、工程效能体系或 AI Coding 工作流，并真正在团队中跑起来者优先； 5. 团队管理或技术管理经验者优先，曾在团队中兼管前端（或有前端经验）、推动过前端工程化或前后端一体化协作体系建设者优先；对 Web 安全（XSS / CSRF / 签名校验 / 敏感数据处理）在支付场景的落地有实践经验者优先。
