职位描述 1.KOL红人生态： 独立产出欧美多国家地区的红人营销的策略方案；独立负责YouTube、Facebook、TikTok、等欧美主流平台KOL的合作全链路，有效把控内容和数据追踪；有一定KOL资源和经验沉淀； 2.营销活动策划：针对不同节点的推广计划，结合产品更新内容、推广策略等，产出营销活动（不限线上线下）的策划案，并落地执行和效果追踪。需结合欧美各地特色文化； 3.品牌宣发物料：根据产品节点和推广计划，定期规划相应品牌宣发物料，跟踪可量化素材应用数据以及长期品牌效果； 4.媒体沟通/公关： 负责欧美主流游戏媒体（如IGN, PC Gamer等）的建联、日常维护和公关稿件分发，以及垂直/新兴媒体的挖掘和生态铺设； 5.跨部门协同： 与研发、运营等团队紧密沟通配合，确保市场动作与产品发展方向一致，共同推进产品的更新和宣发。
