1. 统筹指标语义平台、归因诊断、监控预警、用户画像、ABtest五条产品线的整体路线图，根据业务价值和资源投入排定优先级，确保核心场景获得最高优先级的资源保障 2. 打通产品线之间的数据与体验一致性：确保指标语义层的口径定义在归因诊断、监控预警、用户画像、ABtest中保持统一，推动监控预警与归因诊断形成无缝衔接的分析链路，而不是相互独立的工具 3. 以AI能力为统一主线重塑分析体验：将自然语言问数、智能归因、异常智能解读、实验结果智能解读等能力，作为贯穿五条产品线的共同能力底座去规划和建设，而不是逐个产品单独引入 4. 作为这五条产品线对外的单点负责人，同时对接算法、工程、业务分析、安全合规等多个团队，独立完成需求排期、资源协调与跨团队推进 5. 建立统一的数据分析方法论标准（异常检测、归因方法、实验设计等），确保不同产品线之间方法论一致、不重复建设

1. 5年以上数据分析或数据产品相关经验，其中至少3年数据分析、商业分析或数据科学岗位经验，后转型数据产品或具备强烈的产品化实践 2. 有同时统筹多条产品线的经验（指标、监控、归因、画像、实验中至少2条以上），能独立完成跨产品线的优先级排序与路线图规划，而非只能执行单一产品的需求 3. 具备扎实的数据分析能力：熟练SQL，理解同环比、突变检测、下钻归因、用户分群、实验设计与显著性检验等方法，并能把方法论沉淀为团队可复用的标准 4. 有将AI能力嵌入分析类产品的实际建设经验（如自然语言问数、智能归因、异常智能解读等），能独立完成AI功能从0到1的设计与落地，而非仅停留在需求提出层面 5. 具备较强的跨团队协作与推动能力，能同时对接算法、工程、业务、安全合规等多方角色，独立推动多产品线并行迭代 6. 加分项：有游戏行业（米哈游、莉莉丝、腾讯、网易等）数据分析或数据产品经验
