1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上品牌管理、市场营销相关工作经验，具备游戏行业从业经验； 2. 品牌意识强，具有出色提案能力和沟通技巧，有大型市场推广活动策划实务操作经验及成功案例优先； 3. 熟悉MOBA赛季版本与各类玩法模式，具备深刻理解，拥有相关宣发经验者优先； 4. 熟悉海外游戏推广模式，能理解目标市场玩家特性与用户对传播内容的喜好； 5. 对数据敏感，能基于数据进行策略调整与复盘优化； 6. 具备跨团队统筹协作能力，能有效推进人员分工、项目进度管理与风险把控； 7. 出色的英语能力，能作为工作语言。
