安全运营工程师 岗位职责 负责公司 EDR、XDR/SOC 安全平台的日常全流程运营，包括系统状态实时监控、数据采集质量保障、策略配置与迭代、误报排查与白名单管理、系统性能优化及故障排查，确保平台稳定可靠运行。 基于最新威胁情报、历史安全事件及公司业务场景，独立编写、测试、调优 EDR 终端检测规则与自动化响应策略；定期复盘规则有效性，持续降低误报率，提升攻击检测覆盖率。 负责安全告警监控与处置工作，对可疑告警进行深度分析、溯源取证，精准识别钓鱼、勒索、挖矿、webshell 植入等真实攻击行为。 负责应急响应与安全事件闭环处置，包括终端隔离、恶意文件清除、系统恢复、影响范围评估等环节；及时上报重大安全事件，配合团队开展应急响应工作。 定期输出安全运营日报、周报、月报，汇总告警趋势、事件处置情况及平台运行数据，分析当前安全态势并提出针对性改进建议。 配合完成内部安全审计、合规检查及红蓝攻防演练相关工作，提供安全运营数据支持与技术配合。

任职要求 计算机、信息安全、网络工程等相关专业，3年以上安全运营或信息安全相关工作经验，有互联网公司工作经验优先。 熟悉主流 XDR/EDR 产品原理与操作流程，有实际运营管理经验。 掌握常见网络攻击手法与攻击链，了解 Windows/Linux 系统及日志分析方法。 具备基本的安全事件溯源分析能力，能够独立处理中高级别安全告警。 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力。 有较强的保密意识和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力，可配合应急响应加班。
