1、3年+游戏营销经验，具有海外成功案例及实项目经验，操盘过线上线下整合项目/用数据优化ROI-CTR-参与度/处理舆情危机。 2、了解海外游戏生态（社媒玩法/MOBA玩家/赛事）；热爱游戏，工作态度认真负责，具有良好的学习能力，抗压能力强； 3、对数据敏感，了解用户需求，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习能力； 4、工作风格上目标导向强、拥有良好的跨团队推动力、创新试错韧性；有良好的团队沟通和执行能力，有较强的总结归纳能力，能撰写各类文档； 5、英文可以作为工作语言，使用场景涉及会议/文档/交流。 6、能够接受海外出差
