1. 计算机科学、图形学、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备Unity引擎开发经验，并有至少5年专注于图形渲染领域的经验。 2. 精通Unity URP/SRP渲染管线架构，拥有从零搭建或深度定制URP（如修改渲染流程、添加新的渲染特性）的实际项目经验。熟悉SRP Batcher、CBUFFER等相关优化原理。 3. 拥有GPU Driven渲染架构的开发经验，熟悉Indirect Draw、GPU Culling等相关技术及其在Unity中的实现。 4. 出色的分析和优化能力，熟练使用Unity Profiler、Frame Debugger、RenderDoc等工具。 5. 强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
