1.为风格化 Unity 项目设计、实现并迭代着色器与渲染相关方案，在现有方向上持续改进可维护性与表现稳定性。 2.与美术、程序、策划等协作，维护可执行的视觉与技术标准（材质规范、性能预算、验收方式），保证效果在项目中一致、可量产。 3.就实现方式、参数控制、优化手段向美术提供可操作的技术指导与反馈（含约束说明与替代方案）。 4.编写并维护面向制作组的清晰文档（规范、流程、常见问题）。 5.定位性能瓶颈，与跨职能同事共同制定可落地、可扩展的改进方案并推动闭环。

3 年及以上游戏行业技术美术经验；有高品质风格化美术项目的量产或上线项目经历优先。 能读懂美术意图与游戏风格目标，翻译成引擎里可维护、可扩展的实现路径（着色器、材质方案、渲染特性等）。熟悉 NPR 流程、Unity 引擎及与管线的衔接。 1.在场景（光照/大气/植被/特殊材质/地形与批次等）或角色（皮肤毛发/卡通渲染技术等）至少有一项明确长板，并具备工具化、流程化推进经验（规范、检查器、批处理、与 DCC 衔接等）。具备脚本/代码能力者（C#，或至少有一项DCC脚本经验)优先。 2.性能意识强：能主动做或配合 GPU/CPU/内存与真机/目标平台的分析与优化，在画质与帧率、包体、加载之间做务实取舍。 3.应聘请附作品集/说明：优先包含可核对的项目案例（上线版本、里程碑、或明确职责范围的切片），并简要说明你在每条里的职责、技术方案与结果。 4.对市场主流的风格化渲染相关技术和落地方案有持续关注和学习的能力。
