1.计算机相关专业，本科或以上，5年以上游戏测试经验； 2.有较为全面的客户端专项的测试经验和统筹经验； 3.有游戏业务的测试经历，能够独立跟进，并进行有一定深度的测试； 4.善于沟通，积极主动，能承受一定强度的工作压力； 5.细心、耐心，对细节有敏锐的洞察力； 6.热爱游戏，对游戏有自己的理解，有RPG、生活模拟类游戏经历优先； 7.熟悉Unity3D、lua优先。
