- 5 年以上 Linux 游戏服务端开发经验，有至少 1 款完整上线项目的核心玩法模块开发经历。 - 精通 C/C++，扎实的数据结构与算法基础；有底层多线程/高并发编程与调优实战经验。 - 深入理解帧同步或状态同步原理，有多人在线同步方案的设计与落地经验。 - 有服务端物理模拟、导航寻路、碰撞检测等相关开发经验。 - 熟悉 TCP/UDP 协议栈与网络编程，具备弱网场景下的问题定位与优化能力。 - 有较强的分析与解决问题能力，良好的团队协作意识。 加分项 - 有 MMO、开放世界、大规模多人竞技等项目的核心同步/物理/寻路模块开发经验。 - 熟悉 UE/Unity 服务端组件（如 UE Dedicated Server、Replication 等）。
